ทีโอเอ รัสท์ชิลด์ TOA RUST SHIELD
เป็นสีรองพื้น 1 ส่วน ที่มีการดัดแปลงมาจากอีพ็อกซี่ เรซิ่น ซึ่งมีการแห้งตัวได้อย่างรวดเร็วของอีพ็อกซี่ เอสเทอร์เรซิ่น และมีส่วนผสมของซิงค์ ฟอสเฟต เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดสนิม จึงเหมาะสำหรับสีรองพื้นกันสนิม สำหรับงานเหล็ก ใช้เป็นสีรองพื้นป้องกันสนิม ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติในการยึดเกาะเหล็กทั่วไป อัลลอยด์ เมทัลชีทและสแตนเลส ลักษณะงานเหมาะสำหัรบงานโครงสร้างเหล็ก เครื่องจักร ท่อและการเคลือบฟิล์มสีจากโรงงาน
คุณสมบัติ :
- แห้งไว สามารถทาสีทับหน้าได้ภายใน 2 ชั่วโมง
- ยึดเกาะกับพื้นผิวกัลวาไนซ์และสังกะสีได้
- สามารถทาสีทับหน้าได้ทั้งสีน้ำมัน สีอีพ็อกซี่และสีโพลียูรีเทน
TOA RUST SHIELD is one component modified epoxy primer paint. A fast drying epoxy ester primer and anti-corrosive pigment zinc phosphate for anticorrosive primer on ferrous metal. As a primer offers excellent protection against corrosion in exposure. Exhibits very good adhesion to steel structure, alloy, metal sheet and stainless. It is suitable for application structural steel, machinery, piping and excellent for use high quality shop primer.
- Fast dry can be apply topcoat in 2 hrs.
- Excellent adhesion all ferrous & non ferrous metal.
- Can be apply any topcoat eg. Alkyd epoxy polyurethane.
